If you remember from a few days ago, I just made this huge book order from Amazon. My fall book haul, as I titled it 😉 The books still haven’t shown up yet, and may not until the 29th, but I’m already trying to decide which ones I should read first! I’m clearing out and reading through all the ARCs I need to finish, so that I don’t have to take a break to read something for a tour or NetGalley when all my books show up.
And now I need help. Because I am an indecisive person. And picking books gives me problems. So either leave a comment below with your opinions on some of the books, or just vote in the poll below. You know, if you want 🙂

I don’t know if I’m ready for If I Stay and the emotional trauma it’s going to cause me! But I will persevere 😉

I chose Eleanor & Park, 13 Reasons Why (an okay read IMO), and Divergent. Of the 3, Divergent was my favorite. Bought my movie tickets for opening night this past weekend.

Yes my 13-year-old is a huge fan of the series (she wore her “Dauntless” t-shirt to school today in honor of Allegiant’s release date today) — last night our local indie bookstore had a release party that kicked off at 10:30 pm. If it wasn’t a school night I would have let her attend. I believe opening night for the film is Nov 22.
Ohhh that’s for Catching Fire! I’m so excited for that one as well 🙂 I think the Divergent movie comes out next March

You had me all excited there for a minute! But Catching Fire is exciting enough I’m not sure I (or my wallet) could stand to have two premieres like that in the same month.
I’ve only read Divergent, Insurgent & the Mortal instruments (’til part 3). So I’ve picked Divergent & Insurgent, The burning sky and Pivot point – since I’ve heard nothing but good for the last two books 😀

Divergent is winning by a land slide! I just started it this afternoon and WOW WHY DID I WAIT.
Pivot Point is one that’s doing well too… I think I’ll start that after the Divergent series 😉
How can I pick only three? There are some pretty good books on that list, I don’t think there is any way I could choose which to read first. Though I have to say you need to read Shatter Me, if only so you can read Unravel Me which is much better! Divergent would also be a good choice, especially since the conclusion is coming out in just a few days, and I am sure that everyone will be talking about it. Pivot Point is also pretty great and has a very interesting concept.
Everyone (seriously like 50% out of all the votes were for Divergent) has told me the Divergent series, so I’m starting that one first. Then I can pick up the deluxe edition of Allegiant at Barnes and Noble next month and join in with everyone’s fangirling!
I’ll start with Pivot Point after that, since everyone seems to be voting for that one second!
I was at Barnes and Noble the other day with a bunch of gift cards from my birthday, and I spent YEARS deciding between Divergent and the Book Thief, but I ended up going with Book Thief. So, logically, I voted for Divergent to see if it’s worth another trip to B&N. 🙂
IT’S WORTH IT. 1000% worth it!!! I just finished it last night, and even though my review won’t be up till Friday, I can assure you that it’s so, so worth it.
I kick myself for waiting so long to read it.
Divergent & Insurgent is clearly winning. Haha! And Allegiant came out. I so badly want to get a copy. I hope you like the books! 😀
They won from the beginning – that’s why I read Divergent and Insurgent! I’m almost done with Insurgent, and I just got the email from Barnes and Noble that my copy of Allegiant was shipping out!!!
